Liam McConlogue is a professional French hornist born and based in the DC area. Since 2025, he has served as a hornist in the US Army Ceremonial Band “Pershing’s Own.” He has played at military funerals in Arlington National Cemetery, at the White House, in Army Concert Band performances, and with the renowned US Army Brass Quintet.

An active freelancer, Liam has performed with many orchestras, including the Cleveland Orchestra, the North Carolina Symphony, and the National Philharmonic. He is also a member of the Potomac Brass Quintet, which performs and teaches in the DC area. Liam loves teaching the horn as well as creating engaging solo and chamber music recitals.
